At this event, students will be able to get on-the-spot, non-binding admissions decisions, go on a student-led tour of campus, meet faculty, and see what life at Rivier is like. Visiting campus is the best way to get a feel for Rivier, and we hope you'll join us at this fun-filled event.

The Rivier Early Acceptance Program allows students to REAP the rewards of early acceptance in 3 easy steps!

Register for the event.
Submit your Rivier application (apply.rivier.edu) at least 24 hours in advance (essay and recommendation letters are waived)
Email a copy of your current high school transcript (with grades through your junior year) at least 24 hours before the event to admissions@rivier.edu.

Before the event, an admissions counselor will contact you to schedule your REAP interview appointment that will take place prior to the event start time.

What to expect at the Event:

Meet and hear from Rivier University's President, Sister Paula Marie Buley, IHM
Go on a student-led campus tour.
Meet faculty and get answers about your program of interest
Grab-and-go food options
Optional tours of athletic facilities and nursing SIM labs

Things to know before you arrive:

Please make sure that all guests are in good health prior to arrival with no fever or symptoms of Covid-19 and no exposure to anyone with Covid-19 or showing symptoms within the last two weeks.
Masks are required unless fully vaccinated. Disposable face masks will be provided for those that need them.
Please arrive promptly for your scheduled event time and REAP interview

Questions & Answers

Can I attend if I do not wish to participate in the early acceptance program (REAP)?

This event is reserved for students wishing to participate in Rivier's Early Acceptance Program (REAP) for the fall 2022 semester. Prospective students that want to visit the campus but do not want to participate in REAP should check our events page, events.rivier.edu, for other visit opportunities.

What do I need to do before the event?

Students participating should apply at least 24 hours prior to the event at apply.rivier.edu, and email their unofficial high school transcripts with grades through their junior year to admissions@rivier.edu.

What if I don't have my high school transcripts?

Unofficial transcripts will be accepted for this event and should be submitted before the event date to admissions@rivier.edu. If we do not receive your transcripts before the event and you do not bring them with you, the admissions team will not be able to give you an admissions decision that day. You will, however, be able to go through all other portions of the event, and once transcripts are received, you will be given your decision.
