Experience Riv Day
Description
Accepted students are invited to participate in an interactive, engaging experience with faculty and current Rivier students. Students will get a glimpse of their future if they attend Rivier University and have the opportunity to meet future classmates. After the welcome students will be broken up into groups based on their academic major for an experience that designed for their time at Rivier.
Any guests who want to attend will be invited to join us for an information session covering Financial Aid and What to Expect as a Riv Parent! This information session will run for an hour. After the information session guests are welcomed to a lunch with Rivier faculty and staff where you can ask your questions. Individual financial aid appointments will be available.
Student pick up will begin at 12:15pm with an optional campus tour leaving from the Dion Center at 12:30pm.
Pre-registration is required.
The agenda for students will be:
9:30am- Check in opens in the Dion Center Lobby
10:00am-10:30am- Welcome session with faculty and students from your program
10:30am-11:45am- Interactive activities with faculty
11:45am-12:30pm- Lunch in the Dion Center
12:30pm-1:15pm- Optional campus tour departing from the Dion Center

Questions & Answers
After the welcome students will be broken up into specific groups based on their major. The groups will be made up of students with similar majors to allow everyone have their own experience into Rivier.
This event is for accepted students only. If you are interested in attending but have not been accepted yet contact the admissions office at (603) 897-8507 or admissions@rivier.edu and ask to speak to an admissions counselor who will let you know what you are missing from your application.
Yes, guests are welcomed but will go to their own session once the day begins. Guest will attend a presentation covering Financial Aid and What to Expect as a Riv Parent. After the information session guests are welcomed to a lunch with Rivier faculty and staff. Guests are then welcomed to join on an optional tour that begins at 12:30pm.
Event signs will be on campus directing you to the nearest parking lot.
